Chuckling.
That actually sounds a lot like you'd say it in Spanish, to be honest. Sometimes Spanish strikes me as alot more caustic -- all the No se puedes, por example, well and Diga, or sí on answering the phone, but then in minute it's much more elegant, much warmer......I always have my business letters doublechecked for long elegant, efusive sentences and sufficient emotional content. :)
